Hollywood hottie Scarlett Johansson insists that she will never be a part of an open relationship as it would be “awful”.

The ‘Lost in Translation’ star, who is engaged to actor Ryan Reynolds revealed that she has always been monogamous relationships.

She said, “I believe in finding a soul mate. I’ve always been in monogamous relationships. I would never want to be in an open one. It would be too awful.”

But the actress insists that being with one person for a long time can be a bit difficult, adding,  “I don’t think monogamy is a natural instinct for human beings.

“Monogamy can be hard work for some people. I don’t think it applies to everybody, and I don’t think a lot of people can do it.”

Johansson also described love as a learning process.

She added, “You don’t always meet the right person at the right time. It’s important for people to figure out their own lives before involving someone else - to gauge where you are and work on your own issues.”

Well Ryan Reynolds must be heaving a sigh of relief after reading this.

Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson was surprised when U.S presidential hopeful Barack Obama replied to her mails as she always thought that being a senator he must be having important issues to tackle rather than replying to her mails.

Scarlett Johansson’s twin brother Hunter is working with Obama for his U.S Presidential campaign and is in regular contact with the hopeful President through e-mails.

The 23-year-old actress was “amazed” to receive a reply from Obama.

She said, “Someone like the senator, who is constantly traveling and constantly ‘on,’ how can he return these personal e-mails?”

Scarlett Johansson was recently in news for rumors that revealed Johansson has “a crush” on Obama and that is the reason she is supporting him.

But a source said,  “She is a surrogate (Obama campaigner). They’re not exchanging love letters. Everyone seems to be forgetting that she’s engaged.

“Kal Penn (actor and Obama supporter) is also a surrogate, and no one says he has a crush on Obama.”

Well I guess Obama couldn’t control himself from replying to such a beautiful actress.

Its been a few years now since Scarlett Johansson has been featuring in almost every beauty poll and manages to be one of the top three stars to be voted for best looks and best body. Now it seems that she is very confident with her ‘Sexiest Woman Alive Tag!’

She says, ““If you’re comfortable with yourself, then it’s sexy. Maybe people think I look sexy because I feel sexy. I am a very liberated person that way. I’m very comfortable with my sexuality, my body, my face - well, sometimes I’m not comfortable with my face, but it’s stuck there and there’s nothing I can do about it.”

Scarlett Johansson spent another romantic evening with Ryan Reynolds on Monday night.

Then ‘Lost in Translation’ star and Alanis Morisette’s former fiancé - who were seen together in New York last month - went to watch rock band The Damnwells perform at Hollywood’s Troubadour club, where they were seen kissing.

A source told People magazine, “In the foyer they were talking and had their hands all over each other. He kissed her a couple more times in the club. He was totally sweet. She went to the restroom and he went to check up on her.

“You can’t help but recognise him because he’s tall. She had a hat on and was so tiny.”

After the show, the couple delayed their exit so Ryan could check for paparazzi before they left holding hands.

Scarlett split from Josh Hartnett last autumn, while Ryan ended his engagement to Alanis Morissette in February.

He spent Easter with Scarlett in New York.

Carmen Electra recently confessed she has a same sex crush on Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Alba.

The 35-year-old actress, who was recently rumoured to be having a lesbian relationship with rock star Joan Jett, has admitted she is attracted to the two Hollywood beauties.

Carmen said: “Scarlett is hot. Her sexiness is totally appreciated by girls like me.

She had been voted the Sexiest Woman alive by men all over but what does the sexiest woman find desirable in a man?

She says that there is no other quality that Scarlett Johansson finds sexier in a man than a “healthy confidence”.

“I think it’s the full picture. I look at a guy and think he has such a cute nose or such nice eyes, but there isn’t one feature I look for in a guy. One thing that I look for that isn’t physical is a healthy confidence,” People quoted her, as saying.

“If somebody is confident in a way that you would admire - being strong, funny - that can make someone that you might not initially be attracted to more attractive,” Johansson says.

Recently featured as one of People’s 100 Most Beautiful, the actress admits that though she usually doesn’t have a problem with her looks or body, there are days when her confidence does take a dip.

“I think that everybody has days that feel more accepting of their own body than other days. I wouldn’t say it’s something I struggle with. I have what I have and I try and appreciate that,” she says.

Despite Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake dusting off the rumors of splitting because of JTs alleged romance with Scarlett Johansson… the truth is that Cameron was actually ‘distressed’ and ‘angry’ over her split with Justin Timberlake.

When Cameron got to know that JT has invited Scarlett to be his love interest in his new video, Cam confronted him and JT laughed it off saying it was just a business decision.

A source close to Diaz revealed, “Cammie said: ‘It was the first time we’d had a disagreement like that and I felt something was wrong between us.’” Following that the couple split soon after because, “Cammie felt another person was involved. She is very angry and very jealous. When she knew the other person was possibly Scarlett, she was furious.”

And after seeing JT and Scarlett being named as the hottest couple on the red carpet… any woman would be pained. Pity!

The rumor mill has just churned out another story from the Diaz-Timberlake-Johansson love triangle. Sources close to Timberlake have revealed that Justin split from Cameron Diaz because she wanted to settle down and start a family with him while he was not ready.

A source close to Timberlake revealed that “Justin is just 25 and Cameron is 34, its rather early fro him to think of getting married and fathering kids…he is not satisfied with what he has achieved so far in his career and he needs to give his career undivided attention. Cameron understood his problem and they agreed to split amicably. Johansson is in no way involved or responsible for their split.”

Well…If that was the case… why do we see Johansson and not Diaz in Timberlake’s upcoming video… Tricky isn’t it?

Now this will be a bit too hard to digest but Woody Allen praised the booby babe Scarlett Johansson for her performance in his Oscar-nominated move “Match Point” as being “just touched by God”.
